If they haven't- we welcome them in, offer examples and make sure we are meeting their needs. It doesn't matter if it's their first visit or we know them by name, we are always sure to make sure a visit to Batavia Creamery is a memorable one!
Holding High Integrity: It is our responsibility to create and control the narrative of our local ice cream shop. From the moment a customer enters, to when they are enjoying their ice cream, to when they exit our shops- they must receive that "Batavia Creamery experience." Warm greetings and friendly farewells are an essential part of our clean, efficient service, especially on bustling summer nights. The Batavia Creamery staff doesn't just serve our customers, we take care of them. We take proactive measures to anticipate their needs, ensuring they are met even before they ask. If a scoop is accidentally dropped, we replace it without hesitation or discussion.
Crew & Communication: Our teamwork is crucial. We expect all crew members to have great communication skills and respond to text sent in the group chat within an appropriate amount of time. Please also ensure to find a cover if you foresee any challenges with prompt arrival at your shift. At the Batavia Creamery, we also strive to build great relationships with our staff and don't tolerate any type of drama as that's what tears a team apart. Conversely, our team enjoys fun gatherings, particularly our annual Holiday party!

📷 Minimum Availability: We need you to be available at least 2 days a weekand one of those must be Friday or Saturday. We love to keep things flexible, but we’ve got to make sure we can count on you! *We need weekend availability and please note that most shifts will be closing (ex 5pm-10pm)*
