  • Program Description

The Asian Business Association (ABA), abala.org, is seeking to connect currently enrolled or incoming college students who are looking for internships with businesses across Southern California for hands-on professional experience.

The program will last approximately 7 weeks from June 15, 2026 - July 31, 2026. Applicants will be matched with a selected business from ABA’s membership network that is relevant to the applicant’s major, career interests or field of study. This internship is an unpaid learning experience designed to provide educational benefits and experience to the intern.

Interns will work either remotely, hybrid, or in-person for approximately 16 hours per week during the internship period. Interns will be tasked with completing an approved project for the host business. Additionally, interns will be expected to participate in 3 virtual or in-person check-ins with the Asian Business Association and a short onboarding session.
