Role Summary
The Marketing & Operations Intern supports Cove Circuit’s daily operations and marketing execution, including outlet coordination, campaign support, content assistance, and on-ground execution for events and activations.
This is a hands-on internship, not observation-only. Interns will be involved in real tasks, real deadlines, and real operational environments across retail outlets, campaigns, and events.

This role is suitable for interns who want practical experience, not just office admin work.
Key Responsibilities
--Operations Support
- Assist with monitoring daily operations across outlets
- Support coordination with supervisors and part-time crew
- Help follow up on attendance, shifts, and basic operational issues
- Assist with operational checklists and task tracking
--Marketing Support
- Assist with execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Support content creation for social media (posts, reels, short videos)
- Help manage posting schedules and basic performance tracking
- Assist with campaign coordination and partner deliverables
--Events & Campaign Execution
- Support preparation and execution of internal & external events
- Assist with manpower coordination, setup, and on-ground execution
- Help ensure timelines and operational requirements are met
- Provide on-site support during event and activation days
--Reporting & Admin Support
- Update trackers, checklists, and task boards
- Assist in compiling basic reports and summaries
- Maintain organised records for operations and marketing tasks
Working Details
- Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Must be flexible with hours during events and campaigns
- Required to work weekends and public holidays when needed
- Allowance provided for extra working days (if applicable)
- Gaming allowance / staff gaming privileges
Requirements
--Must-Have
1. Internship students or fresh graduates
2. Able to commit to a full-time internship
3. Comfortable working on-site only
4. Own transport required (office not near public transport)
5. Willing to work flexible hours, weekends & public holidays
6. Able to communicate in English
7. Responsible, organised, and willing to follow up on tasks
--Nice to Have
1. Interest in marketing, operations, events, or gaming
2. Basic content creation skills (Canva, video editing, social media)
3. Experience in retail, F&B, events, or student organisations
