CAMPGROUND RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Camping Location: All camping trailers and RVs must be parked in the designated campground area. Any exceptions require prior approval from the Fair Board and/or Fair Manager. Campsites will be assigned by the Campground Manager based on availability.
2. No Subletting: Campsites may not be sublet or transferred to another person for any reason.
3. Vehicles on Site: Each campsite is allowed one (1) vehicle (car, truck, SUV, etc.). One recreational vehicle is permitted per site and must have a valid permit from our office, along with proof of insurance showing off-premises coverage.
4. Permit Display: All issued permits must be visibly displayed at all times for Emergency, Security, or Fair personnel.
5. Check-In Requirement: All units must check in before parking or setting up. Any unit parked without Fair Board approval is subject to being towed.
6. Damage Reporting: Any damage to electric pedestals, water hydrants, sewer connections, showers, restrooms, or buildings must be reported immediately to Fair personnel.
7. Site Maintenance: All campers must comply with State and Local Health Standards. Campsites must be kept clean and free of trash or debris at all times.
8. Behavior & Quiet Hours: Fair Management reserves the right to revoke any permit and remove campers for dangerous, threatening, loud, or disruptive behavior. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
9. Alcohol Policy: No alcohol is allowed anywhere on the Fairgrounds.
10. Age Requirement: The person reserving the campsite must be at least 21 years old.
11. Parking & Admission Passes: Each campsite includes one (1) Campground Parking Pass. Fair admission passes and additional parking passes are available for purchase and are not included in the campground fee.
12. Livestock Trailers: All livestock trailers must be parked in the designated area assigned by the Fair Board — not at your campsite.
