Food and Beverage Information

Prepackaged food and beverage vendors are allowed as long as you have proper licensing. Proof of license/permits will be required prior to payment. The River does not allow food vendors that directly compete with their offerings. No popcorn, ice cream, cheesecake, caramel apples, bubble tea, or hot food (ribs, hot dogs, burgers, etc) vendors.

LIVE DEMOS -- If you would like to showcase a timed live demo of your craft at your booth, please enter your idea below and we will be in touch shortly. Examples could include live jewelry making, lash application, oil mixing, die cut process, budgeting, etc. All ideas welcome. 3 vendor max.

Vendor Acknowledgement

This event focuses on women-owned businesses, and all participating vendors must be at least 50% female-owned or female-identifying owned. Submitting this application does not guarantee a spot. We will evaluate all vendors and have the right to refuse participation. MLM consultants may apply but acceptance is limited and on a case-by-case basis.

Once you have been accepted as a vendor, we will send an acceptance email with information and payment instructions.

All tents, tables, and setups require weights.

Set Up: The event begins at 4pm. Vendors to arrive between 2pm - 3pm to unload. No unloading after 3pm. Set up must be completed by 4pm.

Take Down: The event ends at 8pm. Vendors will be allowed to start taking down at 7:45pm.

I acknowledge that I am required to pay my invoice by the due date listed in the acceptance email. If I do not pay by the due date, my spot will be given to the next vendor in line.I acknowledge that the vendor fee is non-refundable regardless of the reason. Vendor fee cannot be transferred to a different vendor.In the event of rain, the pop-up market will be postponed to future date. Exact date TBD.I understand I am responsible for cleaning all trash and spills in and around my vendor space. Trash must be disposed of properly or taken home, and it cannot be left at the venue. Rowdy or uncooperative vendors will be removed without refund.I acknowledge photos and videos may be taken of me, my products, and booth to be used on social media and for marketing purposes.I acknowledge that I have the proper permits and licenses to legally operate my business in Riverside County.I have or will acquire a seller's permit before the event date.I understand participation in this event is voluntary and at my own risk.BeautieSocial LLC will not be held liable for any loss, injury, theft, or damages, or the cancellation of this event due to unforeseen circumstances.
