Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will not be accepted after September 2, 2026. Cancellations received in writing at the NCDHA office prior to September 2, 2026 will receive full refund following the Annual Session meeting, minus a $50 processing fee. NCDHA assumes no responsibility other than refunding of registration fees paid if the program is cancelled due to any reason that is out of the control of the meeting sponsor. NCDHA is not responsible for any transportation liabilities. Returned check policy: A $75 fee will be applied for any returned checks.
Pre-Registration Deadline / Onsite | Registrations: The pre-registration deadline for 8th Annual Session is September 5, 2026. Any registrations received after this date will be considered an "on-site registration." Meals are not guaranteed for on-site registrations.
Requests for Reasonable Accommodations: Requests for reasonable accommodations as provided by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) must be received in writing in the NCDHA office by August 1, 2026.
