Scholarship Guidelines
Read and follow the guidelines carefully prior to submitting your application. All recipients will be notified on or before the 16th of February 2026. Application form will close as of February 13, 2026.
If selected, you will be asked for documentation to support your "trainee" status. Likewise, all correspondence and award agreements will be generated from the personal information submitted below. So, please use proper spelling, capitalization and punctuation. Also, please be aware that scholarship funds will be provided in the form of a registration coupon and reimbursement check for a pre-specified amount to cover outlined costs following the program's completion after recipient has attended. If recipient fails to follow agreed upon guidelines pre-determined to receive funds, specified reimbursement will not be guaranteed following program.
Scholarship types available (2):
Option 1- SWNC full two-day program including Trainee Summit & resort stay. This option would include complimentary registration to the full two-day SWNC program along with the specialized Trainee Summit Friday afternoon, March 13th, along with a two-night stay (Wednesday, March 11 & Thursday, March 12) at the Wekopa resort. Resort stay coverage would be sent as a reimbursement following conference completion. Applicant for SWNC full two-day program will be expected and required to attend the full program, and if not accounted for, would not be guaranteed reimbursement as described in guidelines.
Option 2- Trainee Summit Only. This option would provide complimentary regisration to those trainees that would only be available to attend the summit taking place on the afternoon of Friday, March 13, 2026.
Cancellation: Applicants who receive scholarship and are no longer able to attend and utilize must provide adequate advance notice if no longer able to participate and utilize scholarship. Please provide minimum 2 week prior notice for Option 1, and 72 hour prior notice for Option 2.
