  • Booth fees will be different, beginning with events in 2026. The earlier you pay your booth fees, (BEFORE Feb. 28, 2026) if you sign up for both events.  The second event will save you $5.00 on your vendor booth.


    *NEW* - Event fees will no longer be accepted the week of an event. This is to stop “no shows” who sign up, ask to pay their fee just before, or on the day of an event, but then do not answer messages, and do not show up, after a booth has been reserved for them.  On too many occasions, at several of our 2025 events, this has happened & that practice has now been changed.  **It is YOUR responsibility to make certain your booth fees are paid a week BEFORE each event, no more “chasing” folks to get booth fees paid.

     

    Venmo & PayPal are utilized for booth fees, or a personal check is also accepted.  They can be made out to Jennifer Greene and mailed to 746 Privet Drive, Dandridge, TN 37725.

  • Jefferson Co.'s Rescue Squad building is rented, rain or shine, and vendors not showing up because of a not-so-desireable weather forecast, will not get their booth fee refunded or pushed to a future event. 


    In the event that it will do nothing but downpour 100% all day, on the date of an event....outdoor vendors may be brought indoors, if space allows.  If there is no indoor space available, then (and ONLY then), outdoor vendors can elect to have their booth fee pushed to a future event.

     

    I am not someone who keeps anyone's hard-earned money for booth fees, but please understand that venues are rented, whether all vendors show up or not.  Respect me & I will most certainly respect you!

              🛑 Vendor Set-up, Unloading/Parking 🛑

    Set-up for the Summer Fun Craft Fair and Christmas Cookie Extravaganza will be on the day of each event, ONLY.  

    Summer Fun Craft Fair - vendors can set-up, beginning at 6am on Saturday morning.  The event doesn't start until 10am, so you'll have a (4) hr window to get your booths ready for shoppers.

     

    Christmas Cookie Extravaganza - vendors can set-up from 3-6pm on Friday afternoon. The event begins at 6pm, so you'll have a (3) hr window to get your booths ready for shoppers.

     

                    🛑 UNLOADING & PARKING 🛑

    Vendors, please enter the parking lot at the *first* entrance, on the *right side* of the building.  Drive around behind the building and proceed around to the single lane that runs up beside the *left side* of the building.  This is where you unload your booth items.  Once you're through unloading, please park your vehicle(s) next door at the Jefferson Co. Health Dept. building.  It is closed on the weekends & we can use their parking lot to leave our vehicle(s) during the hours of the Summer Fun Craft Fair.

     

    The Christmas Cookie Extravaganza's set-up time is during the workday hours of the Jefferson Co. Health Dept., but vendors are asked to still park next door, so just find an open space in their parking lot & park your vehicle(s) there after unloading.
