Accepted Payment Methods:

We gladly accept payments by cash, check, or credit card. 

Credit Card Surcharge:

Continuing November 1, 2025, a 3% surcharge will apply to all credit-card purchases. Customers may avoid this surcharge by paying with cash or check, or by requesting ACH payment arrangements via accounting1@cdi25.com.

Returned Checks:

Returned checks are subject to a $40.00 return fee.

Past-Due Invoices:

All invoices not paid by the stated due date will incur a 1.5% monthy interest charge until paid in full.

All On-Approval Orders require a valid credit card on file prior to merchandise release.

• Payment must be received, or items must be returned undamaged, within five (5) business days.
• Any items not paid for or returned within this period will be charged to the credit card on file, including a 3% processing fee.

All Custom or Special Orders require:

• A 50% deposit at the time of order.
• Written approval and signature by the purchaser or buyer before production begins.

Once items are ready for pickup or delivery:

• The remaining balance is due upon receipt.
• All payments made by credit card will incur a 3% processing surcharge.
• Custom, discounted, and sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Storage Policy for Custom/Special Orders:

• Orders must be picked up within 60 days of notification of availability.
• Orders not collected within 60 days will incur a $75 per-item, per-month storage fee until pickup.
• After 60 days, any uncollected item will be considered abandoned, and the deposit will be forfeited to Creative Displays & Designs, Inc.
• All storage fees must be paid in full before remaining merchandise is released.

 

All return claims must be initiated within three (3) business days of receipt of merchandise.

Return Conditions:

• Returns must be made within five (5) business days and include the original receipt.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
• Custom, discounted, and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Refunds issued to a credit card will incur a 3% processing surcharge.

Limited Warranty:

All UV-rated products include a limited warranty covering normal indoor and outdoor use.Warranty terms, coverage period, and eligibility will be determined and described at thetime of purchase.

CDI reserves the right to determine eligibility for warranty repair or replacement based onthose stated terms.

Due to ongoing import tariffs and supplier cost increases, a 35% markup will apply to all single floral stems.CDI reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice in response to tariff, freight, ormaterial cost changes.

Lead Times:

Most standard orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Custom and seasonalorders may require additional lead time.

Damaged or Missing Items:

Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.Photographic documentation of damage is required for review and resolution.

Freight Charges:

All freight and delivery fees are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise noted.CDI reserves the right to select the carrier and shipping method.
