Become a Mentor: Princess Power Collective
The Princess Power Collective Mentorship Program, an initiative of Women’s Healing and Empowerment Network Inc. (WHEN Inc.), is a 12-week program for girls ages 13–18 designed to nurture confidence, strengthen self-awareness, and equip girls with tools to navigate life and relationships. Through mentorship, guided discussions, and engaging activities, participants explore identity, self-love, emotional intelligence, mental wellness, healthy relationships, purpose, and leadership. We are seeking caring, committed women who want to make a meaningful difference in a girl’s life. As a mentor, you will offer encouragement, listen without judgment, model healthy relationships, and support girls as they recognize their worth, discover their strengths, and develop their voices. Your consistent presence can help create a supportive environment where girls feel seen, valued, and empowered to shape their futures. All mentors are required to complete a background check before participating in the program. WHEN Inc. will cover the cost of the background check.
