We are pleased to invite you to take part in our outdoor Field Archery competition, conducted under the current International Field Archery Association (IFAA) rules. This event offers a friendly and supportive environment for archers of all abilities to enjoy the challenge of field archery in a natural outdoor setting. IFAA Rules
All participants are asked to familiarize themselves with the relevant rules as outlined in the IFAA Archer’s Rule Book prior to the event. The rule book can be obtained by contacting info@fieldarcheryvi.com or accessed online at ifaa.com. Knowledge of the rules helps ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable competition for everyone.

Competition Format:
Distance: Varying
Target Faces: Field, Hunter and Animal Round

Competition Format
This is a three-day outdoor Field Archery event conducted in accordance with current International Field Archery Association (IFAA) rules. The competition will consist of one Field round, one Hunter round, and one Animal round, all set on an outdoor field course designed to reflect traditional field archery conditions.

Archers will shoot in assigned groups over marked courses, with targets placed at varying distances and terrain. Each competitor will shoot the prescribed number of arrows per target as defined by IFAA rules for their division.

Scoring will be carried out in accordance with IFAA regulations for each round. Group allocations, shooting order, and daily schedules will be advised prior to or on the day of shooting. All participants must follow range commands and safety instructions at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone.
