WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage recruitment efforts: job postings, candidate screening, and interviews
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training programs
- Respond to employee questions on benefits, policies, and procedures
- Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist with employee engagement activities and team-building events
- Track time off, process leave requests, and assist with benefits administration
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Reliability
- 1+ years of HR or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices (a plus)
- Someone willing to learn
WHAT WE OFFER:
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
