2027 Leadership Team: Candidate Application

The Iowa REALTORS® Leadership Team guides the Association's strategic approach, its vision for the future, and, above all, supports its members enabling them to succeed in their business.

As the real estate industry continues to change, the role of leaders in the Association becomes paramount. We need dedicated REALTORS® to help lead the charge. That could be you!

Candidates for Second Vice President and Treasurer shall have, at a minimum, served either a full term as President for an Iowa REALTORS® member Board or served a full term as an RVP or Ambassador, and met any two of the following qualifications:

Served as chair for an Iowa REALTORS® Committee
Served on a Local Board Directors for a minimum of three years
Served on the Iowa REALTORS® Board of Directors
Served as an FPC for the Iowa REALTORS®

Candidates for Second Vice President must have completed the Iowa REALTORS® Leadership Institute prior to application. Candidates for Treasurer and Ambassador must complete the Iowa REALTORS® Leadership Institute prior to the end of the year in which they are installed.

Candidates must have attended 30% of Iowa REALTORS® meetings over the preceding two years.

You will also be required to attach a copy of your local board endorsement.
