Media Consent
Photos and videos of your dog may be taken while in our care. Whoa Doggie may use this media for marketing, social media, promotional, and educational purposes. Ownership of such materials remains with Whoa Doggie.
Eligibility & Participation
Our goal is to ensure a positive and safe experience for all dogs. Whoa Doggie reserves the right to reassess your dog’s suitability at any time and may suspend or refuse participation if behaviors indicate that the environment is not appropriate for your dog.
Pet parents must be in attendance for Small Dog Social Club and are responsible for monitoring their dog at all times, please limit two humans per family.
Health & Risk Acknowledgement
The health and safety of dogs in our care are taken seriously. We use structured playgroups, staff supervision, and safety protocols to reduce risk. However, you acknowledge that:
• Minor injuries (scratches, scrapes, bruises) may occur during play.
• More serious injuries, while uncommon, may occur.
• Dogs in group settings may be exposed to communicable illnesses, including but not limited to: Kennel Cough, Canine Influenza, Lice, and Papilloma Virus.
By signing, you understand and accept these inherent risks.
Vaccination Requirements
All dogs must be up to date on required vaccinations and provide veterinary proof upon request. Failure to maintain vaccination status may result in suspended services.
Owner Responsibility for Damages
You are financially responsible for any injury or property damage caused by your dog to other dogs, people, equipment, or the facility.
