Camp Firebird Counselor Application

Thank you for applying to be a Counselor for Camp! Camp Firebird will be held at Camp MoVal in Union, MO, from July 26–31, 2026. Counselors must have graduated from high school or be 18 years old. Virtual intake interviews will begin soon.

As well as being at Camp this year, counselors will commit to:

attending two virtual training sessions
completing the Diocesan Safe Church, Safe Communities training on their own before Camp (roughly 5-6 hours of videos)
having a clear background check
attending July 23–26 in-person training

Stipends for counselors will be offered!
