If you have Tricare, we will submit an authorization request to your Tricare insurance. 

Any Kaiser oxygen travel scheduled after 04/01/2026 will need to be scheduled through Adapt Healthcare by calling 844-995-7363. 

If you have Medicaid, we will submit an authorization request to your Medicaid insurance.

There are equipment limitations for Medicaid in the secondary role. 

If you are on a ventilator, oxygen limitations may apply. Plan to bring your current ventilator and any additional supplies with you. If traveling by air - please contact your airline for additional forms and procedures.
