Shortlisted Music applicants will be invited to audition on their chosen instrument performing two contrasting pieces. One piece must be accompanied either by an accompanist or a play-along track. Play-along tracks should be easily accessible on a mobile phone or electronic device. Following the performance, a short interview will be conducted.
Shortlisted Drama applicants will be invited to audition and asked to prepare a monologue, approximately one to two minutes in length, demonstrating their full ability. Following the performance, a short interview will be conducted.
Shortlisted Dance applicants will be invited to audition and asked to perform at least one, but no more than three dances, represent different styles and demonstrate their full ability. Following the performance, a short interview will be conducted.
Shortlisted Visual Arts applicants invited to interview should bring a portfolio showcasing their creative abilities with a brief artist statement for each portfolio.
Interviews will take place late February early March 2026.
Document Checklist
- Personal statement (typed, minimum 400 words) written by the applicant outlining their suitability for scholarship. This should include personal strengths, relevant experience and achievements.
- School reports for 2025.
- Supporting documentation (up to 7 documents). These may include awards, Eisteddfod reports, merit certificates or video.
