CWHBA horse request for EC Recording and/Or ID Microchip.
Complete this form to have your registered CWHBA signed up for an Equestrian Canada(EC) Lifetime Horse Recording sport number. Your horse will be entered in the EC sport database with all their registration information for you, and their Horse Recording Number entered on the CWHBA database. When you (or a future owner) would like to have the horse transferred to show on a Sport License record complete the transfer through the MYEC portal (the first transfer to a Sport License will have a discounted rate applied). AND/OR request a Canadian traceability ID microchip, note horses that already have a microchip inserted should submit that microchip number.
