NATURE OF SERVICES
Conscious Connection offers somatic movement sessions, guided visualization, and reflective practices led by Amanda Correa. These sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, body awareness, and personal growth through gentle, non-invasive movement and mindfulness techniques.
The services provided by Conscious Connection and Amanda Correa are not a substitute for licensed medical care, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. Amanda Correa is a mind-body mentor and somatic practitioner, not a licensed medical or mental health professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please consult a licensed professional.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating in sessions offered through Conscious Connection, you agree that you do so entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks of injury, illness, emotional discomfort, or any other outcome arising from participation. Conscious Connection and Amanda Correa are not responsible for any loss of personal property in connection with sessions.
You acknowledge that you have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You expressly agree to release and discharge Amanda Correa and Conscious Connection from any and all claims or causes of action, and you voluntarily waive any right you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against Amanda Correa or Conscious Connection for personal injury, emotional distress, or property damage arising from participation in these sessions.
To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also intended to cover negligence on the part of Amanda Correa and Conscious Connection.
If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release shall remain in full force and effect, and the offending provision or provisions shall be severed herefrom.
CONSENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
• I have read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability.
• I am voluntarily participating in Conscious Connection sessions and have disclosed any relevant health information above.
• I understand that these sessions are not a replacement for licensed medical or mental health care.
• I take full responsibility for listening to my body and modifying or stopping any movement or exercise that does not feel appropriate for me.
• I understand that this release cannot be modified orally and that my signature constitutes a legally binding agreement.
