Health Guarantee
Beckley’s Bernedoodles provides a one‑year genetic health guarantee covering hereditary conditions for which the parents have been tested and cleared. The health of all our dogs is our top priority that is why all of our parent dogs undergo comprehensive genetic testing and health screenings. Our Parents have been tested and cleared with genetics/Embark. We are in the process of OFA/PennHip evaluations, each of the parent dogs came from parents that were cleared of all of the above.
If a genetic condition is diagnosed within the first year, the Buyer must provide a written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian. The Seller may request a second opinion. The seller may request a second opinion from a veterinarian of their choosing at the buyer's expense. The buyer may be offered a replacement puppy of equal, offered choice of puppy from another litter or at the sole discretion of Muddy Paws Doodle Farm NC LLC- a refund.
Return Policy
If the Buyer is unable to keep the puppy for any reason, Muddy Paws Doodle Farm NC LLC requires that the puppy must be returned directly to the seller. The Buyer agrees not to surrender the puppy to a shelter, rescue, or ANY third party.
Refunds/Replacements are not provided unless the return is due to a genetic condition covered under the Health Guarantee.
Spay/Neuter Agreement
The Buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed or neutered by the age recommended by their licensed veterinarian (usually by age 2 if puppy isn't -again must provide proof why the puppy can't be spayed/neutered) from licensed vet as to why medically to delay or forego the procedure and send to seller (Muddy Paws Doodle Farm NC LLC). Breeding rights are not granted unless explicitly stated in this contract. If breeding rights are granted, the Buyer is responsible for ensuring the dog is bred in accordance with ethical standards and proper care.
Breeding rights are not included unless explicitly purchased and stated in this agreement.
Breeding Rights (If Applicable)
If breeding rights are granted, the Buyer agrees to:
Breeding rights are only granted when explicitly mentioned in this contract. Without granted rights, the buyer must agree not to breed the dog under any circumstances. If Buyer if granted breeding rights, Buyer commits to:
Follow all ethical breeding practices
Provide proper veterinary care
Maintain safe, humane breeding conditions.
Veterinary Care
The Buyer agrees to provide routine veterinary care, including:
Vaccinations
Deworming
Preventative care (heart worm/flea/tick/intestional worms/vitamins/hip-joint supplements
Emergency care as needed
and all other necessary treatment's to maintain puppy's health.
Failure to provide appropriate care voids the Health Guarantee.
Our puppies are raised with early neurological stimulation and Puppy Culture protocols to support healthy development ensuring easy integration into your home.
Non‑Transferability
This contract is non‑transferable. The Buyer may not transfer ownership of the puppy without written consent from the Seller (Beckley's Bernedoodles at Muddy Paws Doodle Farm NC LLC.)
Ongoing Support
Beckley’s Bernedoodles is committed to supporting the Buyer throughout the dog’s life. We provide guidance, resources, and assistance to ensure a successful transition and lifelong partnership.
No Kennel Environment
Our puppies are raised on our farm as part of our family — never in kennels. This environment promotes confidence, socialization, and fosters trust and emotional well‑being.
Jurisdiction
This contract will be governed and interpreted under the laws of the state of North Carolina, and any disputes will be resolved with this jurisdiction.
Buyer Acknowledgement
By signing below, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this agreement.
