I hereby understand the selected roles in The Roxy's Salute to Broadway should be held in the highest regards as well as the care of costumes and props. I hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Franklin County Arts and Humanities Council, Inc. and Showcase Theatre Company, LLC., its officers, agents, and volunteers, from and against any and all damages, claims, loss, liability, charges, and expenses in any way arising out of my participation in the programs for which I am registering. I also understand that casting decisions by the judges are final and at times may be necessary to adjust cast member parts for the betterment of the show and will be willing to accept any changes made by the director. I hereby hold harmless the Franklin County Arts and Humanities Council, Inc. and Showcase Theatre Company, LLC., its officers, agents, and volunteers, from and against any sickness that may arise from COVID-19 or any other variant or any other medical illness. When participating in the Franklin County Arts and Humanities Council, Inc. and Showcase Theatre Company, LLC. events, I may be photographed for print, video, or electronic imaging.
