• Practice : Registration includes assigned practice date(s) and time(s). All practices are half court, scheduled between 2:00–6:00 PM, and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Additional Information : Upon registration, coaches will receive a promo code for a discounted half-court rental at Overtime Courts. The promo code is valid through 01/30/2026. Court availability is first come, first served.

GAME RULES

1. Goal Height : 10ft
2. Ball Size : Size 7 (29.5)
3. Fouls : 5 total fouls per player until fouling out.
4. Game Length : Two 14 minute halves - 2 minute halftime
5. Overtime : Sudden death
6. Timeouts : 2 full timeouts per half
7. Clock Stopage: Running clock

SPECTATOR INFORMATION

1. Entry Fee : $5 Adult, $2 Child (Per Day) - Cash Only. All entry fees support the Peralta Foundation.
2. No outside Food or Drinks - Water bottles are ok.
3. Concession stand will be available for small snacks

Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way with The Peralta Foundation dba House of Hustle, its related events and activities, I, the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,

I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,

I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the Company immediately; and,

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS HOUSE OF HUSTLE, their officers, officials, agents, employees, volunteers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owner(s) and lessors of premises used for trainings (“Releasees”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property associated with my presence or participation, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law; and,

I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE that by submitting this registration form, I am acting as the authorized representative for the registered team and accept full responsibility and liability for all players, coaches, and team participants listed under this registration. I acknowledge that all players and participants associated with this team are covered under this same Release of Liability.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
