Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Executive who is highly organised, reliable with deadlines, and comfortable executing day-to-day work. This role is hands-on and execution-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Jr Marketing Exec Role
--Marketing Execution
Execute marketing campaigns for daily promotions, events, and special activations
Support planning and rollout of campaigns across digital and physical channels
Coordinate timelines, assets, and basic reporting for campaigns
--Digital & Content Creation (Essential)
Create content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Produce short-form videos, reels, stories, and static posts
Capture basic photo and video content on-site and during events
Write captions and manage posting schedules
--Social Media Management
Maintain consistent posting and content calendars
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, views)
--Organisation & Coordination
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Follow timelines strictly and flag issues early
Work closely with operations and event teams to align promotions with real-world execution
Assist with sponsor or partner deliverables when required
Key Responsibilities
Jr Operations Exec Role
--Operations Oversight
Monitor daily operations across all Cove Circuit outlets
Coordinate with supervisors and on-ground teams
Follow up on operational issues, incidents, and action items
Ensure SOPs and operational standards are consistently followed
--Staff & Shift Coordination
Assist with staff scheduling oversight and attendance tracking
Coordinate part-time crew replacements when required
Support onboarding and basic training coordination
Maintain clear communication between HQ and outlets
--Events & Campaign Execution (Operations Scope)
Support execution of internal and external events and campaigns
Prepare operational checklists and manpower coordination
Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders
Provide on-site support during event and campaign days
--Reporting & Tracking
Maintain operations trackers, checklists, and task boards
Compile daily or weekly operational summaries
Track readiness, manpower, and execution status
Requirements
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field
2. Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years experience
3. Strong organisational skills and discipline with deadlines (mandatory)
4. Comfortable creating and posting digital content
5. Familiar with social media platforms and basic editing tools
6. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
7. Able to work on-site and support weekend activities when required
8. Interest in gaming, esports, or sim racing is an advantage but not required
9. Own transport required (office not near public transport)
Working Hours & Compensation
- 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 5 days per week
- Fully on-site role (no remote work)
