Experience a summer of movement, artistry, discipline, and fun at Hong Dance School. Our 2026 Summer Camp is thoughtfully designed to help students build strong technique, confidence, and performance skills in a nurturing and professional environment.

🗓️ Camp Schedule

• The summer camp runs between Monday, June 22, 2026 to Friday, August 21, 2026.
• There are six sessions:
  • Session 1: 06/22 - 07/03
  • Session 2: 07/06 - 07/17
  • Session 3: 07/20 - 07/31
  • Session 4: 08/03 - 08/21
  • Session A: 06/22 - 07/10 - MD Studio (只招收比赛班学生 / Accepting ONLY Competition Class Students)
  • Session B: 07/13 - 07/24 - VA Studio (只招收比赛班学生 / Accepting ONLY Competition Class Students)
• Multiple-session enrollment is welcome.
• Walk-in enrollment is available, but tuition rates are higher for walk-ins.

Actual dance genres for each session will be assigned by the school.
In every session, students will focus not only on technique and training, but also learn a complete dance routine, culminating in a recital performance for parents at the end of the session.

Enrollment & Waitlist Notice

Submission of this form places your child in the enrollment queue. Due to limited capacity, submission does not guarantee a spot. Families will be notified by email if registration is confirmed or placed on the waitlist. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received.

• Session 1: $65/day
• Session 2: $65/day

Walk-in: $75/day 

Early Bird Discount:

- Prepay by January 31, 2026 and receive $5/Day discount

- Prepay by Feburary 28, 2026 and receive $3/Day discount

- Prepay by March 31, 2026 and receive $2/Day discount

 

Tuition is paid offline directly to Hong Dance School. Please use one of the payment methods on the school's Registration Page: https://www.hongdanceschool.com/registration#paymentmethods 

When making payment, please indicate your child's name, the camp location, and session #. For example, "Michelle Li, VA camp, Session 3"

 

Prompt pickup at the scheduled end time is required. Hong Dance School does not provide after-hours childcare or supervision.
If a parent or authorized guardian is late picking up a child, the following late pickup fees apply per child, per occurrence:
• More than 5 minutes late: $10
• More than 10 minutes late: $20
• More than 20 minutes late: $40
• More than 30 minutes late: $60
Late pickup fees are charged per child, per occurrence, accrue based on total time past the scheduled pickup time, are due immediately upon pickup, and must be paid directly to Hong Dance School.
After the scheduled camp hours, staff supervision is limited and provided only as a courtesy. Hong Dance School assumes no responsibility for childcare services beyond scheduled hours.
By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Participant & Guardian Acknowledgment

 I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor child listed in this registration (“Participant”). I give permission for my child to participate in all dance classes, rehearsals, performances, and related activities offered by Hong Dance School.

 

2. Medical Information & Emergency Authorization

• I confirm that all medical information provided this registration is accurate and complete.
• I certify that my child is physically able to participate in dance and physical activities and has no medical condition that would prevent safe participation, except as disclosed in writing to Hong Dance School.
•  In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, I authorize Hong Dance School, its staff, or representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I understand and agree that all medical expenses are my sole responsibility.

 

 3. Assumption of Risk

• I understand that participation in dance and physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, falls, collisions, or other injuries.
• I knowingly and voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with my child’s participation.

 

4. Release, Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Hong Dance School, its owners, directors, instructors, employees, assistants, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to my child’s participation in the program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Photo & Video Release

I grant permission for Hong Dance School to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture my child’s image during classes, rehearsals, performances, or related activities.

These images or recordings may be used for educational, archival, promotional, or marketing purposes, including websites, social media, and printed materials, without compensation.

 

6. Enrollment & Payment Acknowledgment

I understand and agree that

• Tuition is paid offline directly to Hong Dance School.
• Submission of this registration does not guarantee enrollment.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received.
• Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Hong Dance School reserves the right to dismiss a participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
   

7. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

 I understand and agree to the following refund and withdrawal terms:

1. All summer camp registrations are non-refundable once payment is made, except as expressly stated below.
2. Written withdrawal notice must be submitted within fourteen (14) days after making the tuition payment to be considered for any refund.
3. Any approved refund is issued at the sole discretion of Hong Dance School and is subject to a non-refundable administrative fee.
4. No refunds or credits will be issued for:
   • Missed days due to illness, vacation, or personal scheduling conflicts
   • Late arrival or early dismissal
   • Withdrawal after a session has started
   • Dismissal due to disciplinary or safety reasons
5. No make-up classes are provided for missed summer camp days.
6. If Hong Dance School cancels a session, a prorated refund or credit will be issued for unused days.
7. Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original form of payment or as a school credit, at the discretion of Hong Dance School.

 

8. Governing Laws

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and/or the State of Maryland, as applicable.
