We own and operate a fully-licensed butchery from the farm. Licence No.: T02558 All lambs are farmed sustainably on both grain and grass feed, so the best of both worlds.
Our story

The name Gaza is rooted in family, legacy, and respect. It was inspired by my father’s business in South Africa, Gaza Beef, which he founded in 1982 in Giyani, within the Gazankulu district. Built through determination and hard work, his business became a reflection of his values and resilience.Today, as my father enters semi-retirement, we proudly carry part of that name forward in his honor. This brand is a tribute to everything he has achieved and everything he has taught us. One day, when he is no longer with us, Gaza will remain as a living reminder of his legacy—of the belief that true success is built on hard work, discipline, positivity, and unwavering dedication.
