* Late arrivals will proceed with remaining time only; no refunds
* Sessions run on a strict schedule

* Edited photos will be delivered via whatsapp or email within 48 hours
* Printed & framed photos will be delivered within 30 working days

* No refunds for cancellations or missed sessions
* Reschedule allowed once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability

* Photos are for personal use only; commercial use requires permission
* Clients must comply with health & safety rules
