    Models booking a package that includes accommodation receive all meals for the included stay. External models may travel with designers subject to coordination and applicable arrangements.

    Ghana Visa Included

    All Hooked in Ghana participation packages include Ghana visa processing and immigration arrangements at no additional cost to the participant. This service is included in the package price.

    AfriMart International Travel & Tours will coordinate and handle the visa process on behalf of registered attendees.

    Land Only participants must provide their confirmed international flight information so that AfriMart can coordinate the visa process.

    Visa issuance remains subject to Ghana's immigration requirements, applicable documentation and government approval. Inclusion of visa processing does not guarantee visa approval.

    Accommodation & Room Arrangements

    Double-occupancy pricing is based on two guests sharing a room. Room sharing does not necessarily mean sharing a bed. Specific bed arrangements and requests are subject to accommodation availability.

    A single-room upgrade is available for an additional $270 per person on eligible accommodation-inclusive packages, subject to availability.

    Participation-only packages that do not include accommodation are not eligible for the single-room upgrade.

    Meals & Included Experiences

    Participants whose packages include accommodation receive the meals specified for their included stay.

    External models selecting the Full Experience package receive all meals throughout their included accommodation stay.

    Participation-only packages do not include accommodation or a full stay meal plan unless specifically stated in that package's inclusions.

    Important Booking Information

    • A 25% deposit is required to secure registration.
    • Remaining payment deadlines will be provided in the applicable payment terms.
    • International airfare is included only in packages specifically identified as flight-inclusive.
    • Flights are not sold separately.
    • Land Only participants must submit confirmed international flight information for visa coordination.
    • Passports and required travel documentation remain the participant's responsibility.
    • Travel insurance is not included unless expressly stated.
    • Personal purchases, excess baggage and other excluded personal expenses are the participant's responsibility.
    • All activities, tours and transportation are subject to the final itinerary and applicable arrangements.

    Crochet Content Requirement

    All runway entries must be:

    • At least 80% crochet or fiber-art based.

     Why this matters:

    This requirement allows creative flexibility while protecting the integrity of the experience. Designers may incorporate mixed materials such as:

    • Kente
    • Batik
    • Leather accents
    • Beadwork
    • + More

    The 80% threshold ensures crochet and fiber art remain the dominant artistic foundation while still allowing cultural fusion and innovation on the runway.
