*There are limited spots in all age groups, filling out this form does not grantee a spot.

*Training days, time, and location may change through out the season, it is subject to ground availability.

*An adult MUST accompany the player during training sessions and match day. The club has the right to stop the player from participating in training or match if not accompanied by an adult.

* if your child is sent by you with any club associate, you must fill out the concent form that you will find on our website.

*Parent/guardian will be required to volunteer throughout the season. A rolling roaster will be distributed once teams are formed.

*The club is located in an open public area. If players are not accompanied by an adult, the club has no responsibility for them.

*You authorise the club to photograph/video record of your child while training & during matches, and use the material in social media, local newspaper, advertisements etc.

*In the case of any incorrect information submitted. Registration forms need to be accurately completed, otherwise the form will be void and will not be processed.

*The club's main communication channels are the website, social media platforms and WhatsApp groups.

*In order for a player to participate in training sessions or matches, they must be fully equipped (sports clothes, long socks, shin guards, soccer shoes & water bottle).

*Team selection will be determined after pre-season by coaches. Decision will depend on player's ability, skills, behaviour and attendance. Please note, some players will continue to ONLY train.

* Training only players will continue to train, until they show improvement, throughout the season (depending on staff & ground availability) these players might move to a special skill improving program.

2026 Season Registration Fees
Boys Under 7 - Under 11 --------------------$700
Boys Under 12 - Under 18 ------------------ $700
Girls All ages ------------------------------ $400

Returning players: Full fees are due before commencing training

New Players: $50 non refundable deposit on registration day is required. The remaining balance is due after the two week trial.

* Trophies & individual photos are included in the fees for U7 - U11.

* Trophies, individual photos & trophy presentation night tickets are not included in the fees for U12 - U18
