Hiermeegee ek toestemming ingevolge POPIA.
1. Die terme wat gebruik word in hierdie klousule en nie omskryf is nie, sal dieselfde betekenis dra soos na verwys word in die Wet op die Beskerming van Persoonlike Inligting, Nr 4 van 2013 ("POPIA").
2. Deur die ondertekening van hierdie aansoek, bevestig die kliënt dat hy ten volle bewus is van sy regte ingevolge POPIA.
3. Die kliënt stem hiermee toe tot die prossessering van sy persoonlike inligting, dat sy persoonlike inligting en alle inligting verskaf met betrekking tot sy aansoek aan Agri Credit Solutions, gedeel en verskaf mag word.
4. Kliënt bevestig dat alle persoonlike inligting wat aan Agri Credit Solutions verskaf is, akkuraat, op datum, nie misleidend en volledig is.
5. Agri Credit Solutions sal alle persoonlike inligting van die kliënt wat tot hul kennis kom, as vertroulike inligting behandel en dit nie openbaar maak nie, insluitend teenoor enige derde party, tensy dit deur wetgewing of die reg en ook deel vorm van die publieke domein.
6. Kliënt bevestig hiermee dat hy hom ten volle sal vergewis van die volledige bepalings van Senwes Beperk se POPIA bepalings, soos uiteengesit op hul webtuiste, (www.senwes.co.za) en soos van toepassing is op Agri Credit Solutions.
7. Kliënt het die reg in terme van POPIA om beswaar te maak tot die prossessering van sy persoonlike inligting.

Hiermee gee ek toestemming tot ‘n kredietburo-ondersoek.
1. Ek verklaar hiermee dat die inligting hierin vervat asook enige bylae daartoe korrek is en ek verleen goedkeuring dat enige bron van inligting met betrekking tot hierdie aansoek ten volle ondersoek mag word (Kredietburo, Windeed, ens). Elke bron, insluitend die klant se boekhouer en makelaar, word hiermee toestemming verleen om die inligting wat verlang word, insluitende vertroulike inligting soos nodig, aan Agri Credit Solutions te verstrek.

POPIA Consent.
1. The terms used in this clause which are not defined herein shall bear the same meaning as assigned to them in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”).
2. By signing this application, the client confirms that they are fully aware of their rights under POPIA.
3. The client hereby consents to the processing of their personal information and agrees that their personal information, as well as all information provided in relation to this application, may be shared with and provided to Agri Credit Solutions.
4. The client confirms that all personal information provided to Agri Credit Solutions is accurate, up to date, complete and not misleading.
5. Agri Credit Solutions shall treat all personal information of the client that comes to its knowledge as confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party unless required by law or where such information forms part of the public domain.
6. The client confirms that they will familiarise themselves fully with the POPIA provisions of Senwes Limited, as set out on its website (www.senwes.co.za), as applicable to Agri Credit Solutions.
7. The client has the right, under POPIA, to object to the processing of their personal information.

Credit Bureau Consent.
1. I declare that the information contained herein, including any annexures, is correct, and I authorise that any source of information relating to this application may be fully investigated (credit bureau, Windeed, etc.). All relevant parties, including the client’s bookkeeper and broker, are authorised to provide the required information to Agri Credit Solutions.
