  • CANCELLATION POLICY

     

    Please provide at least 24-48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
     
    Cancellation made with less than the required notice may result in a cancellation fee.
     
    If you arrive more than 15mins late for your appointment, your service may need to be shorten or your appointment rescheduled.
     
    Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee before being able to rebook.

     

     

  • DEPOSIT POLICY

     

    For longer services such as colours, highlights, extensions, a deposit is required.
     
    Deposit will be applied towards your final balance on the day of your service.

     

     

  • CONSULTATION POLICY

     

    Consultations are a requirement for any new client colour. Colour services cannot be carried out until you have had an in person consultation.
     
    Patch tests for new clients are needed 48 hours before any colour service.
