Your data privacy is important. The project organizers will handle your personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (“DPA Act”).

Upon checking the box below, you understand and consent to the use of the information you provided for the purpose of event registration. The personal data you have provided will not be used for any other purposes or shared with any third parties outside of this event.

 

ABOUT THE PROJECT

​This project is in collaboration with various independent solo member fanbases. This is a non-profit project — all fares collected will be used directly to cover the costs incurred.

JEONGHAN Bus is a 49-seater, fully air-conditioned bus dedicated to every CARAT. The bus is fully wrapped with SEVENTEEN on one side and JEONGHAN on the remaining sides, making the ride a warm welcome to SEVENTEEN! 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Kindly fill out the forms appropriately. 
• No refunds or cancellations, unless otherwise stated by Project Organizers in the case of emergencies, including but not limited to: nonfulfillment of vendors and suppliers, natural disasters, and/or concert cancellation.
  
• Transfers can be accommodated on a tentative basis. Please reach out to the designated fanbase handling the MEMBER bus for your transfer requests and inquiries.
• Details stated may be changed without any further notice. Please only proceed in filling up this form if you are 100% sure. All announcements will be disseminated on fanbase accounts.
• Latecomers will not be refunded. The bus will depart at the scheduled time. If you're unable to board at pick-up points going to the PH Arena, you may still join the trip for the drop-off. Tentative pick-up time is between 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM (MOA). The final schedule of bus departure will be announced ASAP to those who have confirmed their slot/s.
• All minors must be accompanied by one (1) adult with a valid registration. Bus seat registrations for minors must be accompanied by a companion. Please book two tickets in one form including minors: one (1) for the companion, one (1) for the minor.
• Valid ID will be required for verification purposes. Please ensure that the information provided in this form matches the details on the ID that will be presented upon boarding.

By securing your seat, you confirm that you agree and are subject to these terms and conditions.

REGARDING MEDICAL CONCERNS

Please note that the admins can only administer immediate first aid on the buses during the transit period.

Fanbase admins are unable to provide care beyond first aid.

Any passengers with pre-existing medical conditions that need care beyond immediate first aid must be responsible for their own care and medication inside the buses.

We are physically unable to provide medical care or supervision beyond first aid. Passengers must bring their own medications and assume full responsibility for their health.

The Project Organizers and Admins shall not be held liable for any medical incidents, emergencies, or complications during the trip.

We kindly request passengers to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions.
