Join our free monthly creative wellness circle offered by The Aplomb Project in Dover, New Hampshire, led by Marissa Companion.
This group supports individuals living with chronic illness, disability, or neurodivergent identities who seek a creative environment that honors varied energy levels, sensory needs, and ways of being. Art-making is used as a tool for self-regulation, expression, and restoration. There is no expectation to explain diagnoses or personal histories. The space centers creativity, autonomy, and shared presence rather than verbal processing.
Marissa will lead a guided creative workshop centering around music and artmaking.
By completing this form, you are registering for the next monthly circle for the upcoming Second Thursday, 6:30-8 PM at Aplomb, 262 Central Ave, Dover, NH or via zoom. We have free parking behind the gallery off of Kirkland Street. You will receive a reminder prior to the event with all participation details. Our first one is February 12, 2026.
