CANCELLATION, REFUND & MAKEUP POLICY

Summer Daze Day Camp is a privately operated program and is not affiliated with Mulholland Hills Country Club’s membership, programs, or policies. Please note that all camp-related refunds are handled exclusively by Summer Daze Day Camp, not by Mulholland Hills Country Club.
Refunds & Cancellations
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made on or before March 23rd.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after March 23rd, for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or early withdrawal.
Missed Days & Makeups
If your child will miss a scheduled day of camp, you must notify the Camp Director in advance.
If space permits, one makeup day may be offered, but makeups are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
No makeup days will be offered for no-shows.
Missed days may not be rolled over into future camp sessions or seasons.
Acknowledgment
By registering, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Summer Daze Day Camp cancellation, refund, and makeup policies. I give my consent for my child to participate in Summer Daze Day Camp at Mulholland Hills Country Club.
