Founders Scholarship Essay: Applicants applying for the Founders Scholarship must submit a typed essay of 1,000 words Typed, double-spaced Applicant name and scholarship name on the first page The Essay needs to address all of the following topics: 1. Why you chose your current program of study 2. Your personal statement or mission 3. Your short-term and long-term career goals 4. Your motivation and passion for the healthcare field 5. Your commitment to serving others and the community.

Applicants applying for the President’s Scholarship must submit a typed essay of 500 words Typed, double-spaced Applicant name and scholarship name on the first page addressing all of the following topics: 1. Why you chose your current program of study 2.Your personal statement or mission 3.Your short-term and long-term career goals 4.Your motivation and passion for the healthcare field 5.Your commitment to serving others and the community
