I understand that volunteering at Swiney Farms Rescue & Resort (Swiney Farms & Blackyard Chickenz,LLC) may involve physical activity, interaction with animals, outdoor work, uneven terrain, and the use of tools or equipment.
I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with these activities, including the risk of injury, illness, property damage, or other harm.
I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, and agree to release, waive, and discharge Swiney Farms, its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from my participation.
I agree to follow all farm rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions at all times.
I grant permission for photos or videos taken during volunteer activities to be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.
This waiver is binding and enforceable under applicable law.
