Tagging Strategy & Requirements
How do you want your specification arranged, By Product type, By Individual Rooms, By Typicals Requested, etc. Is the Project Phased and needs to be separated out. Do you want separate specs per option or one spec grouped by option, etc. New Haworth Requires Color Coding
PSR Review Meeting

If a meeting is required with your designer to discuss project specifics prior to start of your PSR, the PSR must be completely filled out. Summarize your project in the notes section and give your designer ample time to review and schedule appropriately.

Project Related Comments & Notes
Provide a Full Scope of Deliverables Needed, Project Notes, Manufacturers required, Product Requirements, Placement of Product, Electrical and Wire Management needed, Accessories required, Seating Types, etc. Should any detail not be included, there may be a delay in the return of your project.
Accessories
Are there any Used Accessories you would like plugged into your Project, i.e. Monitor Arms, Power Modules, Tackboards, Markerboards, etc.
Finish Selections
Provide all Selected Finishes that you want to be shown in our Project or Specifications. If Unknown for initial request, please select a tone of colors the client is looking for. If Order Entry, please include all approved finishes.
