  • Welcome! Thank you for registering. We are grateful for your partnership in Catholic education. 
  • Please submit the following documents as part of the registration process:

    • A copy of your child’s Birth Certificate (required for new K–5 students)
    • A copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate, if applicable (K–5 students)
    • A current copy of your child’s Immunization Records (required for all students)

    Documents may be emailed to stmcs@stmbrookings.org or delivered in person to the school office.

  • After School Care

    STMCS offers our own onsite after school care program for students in All Day Pre-K - 5th grade. The cost is $130 per month per child for 3- 5 days a week or $90 per month per child for 1-2 days per week. Hours - M/T/Th/F 3:30-6:00pm and Wed 2:00-6:00pm

  • Securing your spot:

    Your child’s place is reserved once the registration fee is received.

    You will receive an enrollment confirmation via email.

    Waitlist: If a class fills, spots will be offered in the order of registration completion time and receipt of the registration fee.

    Registration Fee

    Preschool: $50 non-refundable registration fee


    Kindergarten-5th grade: $100 one-time, non-refundable registration fee per child
    Family maximum if enrolling multiple children: $200, non-refundable

    Payment methods: Cash or check (mailed or delivered to the school office)

    Financial Agreement

    I/We agree to pay the above total tuition to STMCS per the payment option selected above. 

    If payment is not received, I/we understand that I/we will recieve a verbal or written reminder, and that we will pay an additional charge of $5.00 per week.

    I/We understand that it is our financial obligation to keep current with our payments or we risk forfeiting our child's enrollment at STMCS. No credit is given for absences or scheduled holiday/vacation periods.
