    This period includes 6.5 weeks of programming, plus February Break

  • HOURS OF OPERATION:

    • After School:
      School dismissal through 5:30 PM: PM Snack provided
    • Half Day:
      School dismissal (noon) through 5:30 PM: PM Snack provided
    • Full Day:
      8:00 AM - 4:30/5 PM: A.M. & P.M. snack provided, Lunch not provided

    TUITION:

    After school - $30 (+additional activity fees)
    Half Day - $55 (+additional activity fees)
    Full Day - $80 (+additional activity fees)
    Transportation ONLY - $12 

    Each day listed below includes the subtotal for regularly scheduled after school pick up for the number of weeks within the registration period as well as activities at the Annex.

    Special activities have the additional fee listed and are add ons to weekly schedule registration.

    Early Release day sign up includes noon pick up at child's associated elementary school and afternoon activities.

    TRANSPORTATION ONLY:

    **Transportation ONLY Fee is for children who are not attending any MVS after school programming (including special activites) but are only being transported from their elementary school to the Annex for immediate pick up, or at a designated location.**

  • Unless communicated otherwise, all drop off and pick up occurs at the Mountain Village School Annex, located at 512 Mountain Rd, Stowe.

  • Special Activities

  • Special activities are available in addition to the Annex based daily activities.  If you'd like your child to participate in a special activity offerings, please make sure to register for those options in addition to the week day selections.  

  • Cross Country Skiing:

    Note: Cross Country Skiing is an additional activity and you will need to also select the program day (MONDAY).

    Mondays 3:45-4:45 PM
    5 weeks, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30, 4/6

    Trail Pass: $7 per outing
    Rentals: $7 per outing
    Activity Fee: $30 per person for Session 4
    Hosted by and at Trapp Family Lodge, includes transportation, and 30-45 minutes of skiing and basic instruction.  Rentals are an additional fee as noted above.

    *Children may be picked up at the Trapp Family Lodge Outdoor Center at 4:45 or back at the annex for 5:15.  

    NOTE: This activity is weather and trail condition dependent.  We will be offering a credit/refund at the conclusion of session 4, for any days we are not able to run the XC Ski program. 

  • Tennis Lessons:

    Note: Tennis Lesson is an additional activity and you will need to also select the program day (WEDNESDAY).

    Wednesdays 4:00-5:00 PM
    6 weeks, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25, 4/1, 4/8, 4/15

    Lesson Fee: $162 for full, 6 week session 
    Hosted by and at Topnotch Tennis Barn: includes transportation, racket rental, and 60 minutes of lessons and practice play from a Topnotch Pro.

    Please ensure children have seperate running shoes to wear on the courts.

    *Children may be picked up at the tennis barn at 5:00 or back at the Annex for 5:30.  

  • Swim Lessons:
    Note:     Swim Lesson is an additional activity and you will need to also select the program day (TUESDAY or THURSDAY).

    Tuesdays will offer beginner (1) & lower level intermediate (2)  focused lessons Only
    Thursday will offer upper level intermediate (2)  through advanced (3) lessons Only

    Please sign your child up for only one of the two session options (Tuesday OR Thursday) and ensure to select the approriate swim level.  You can review level descriptions through: The Swimming Hole or see below.

    Lesson Fee: $132 for full, 6 week session.  $110 for full, 5 week session.
    Hosted by and at The Swimming Hole: includes transportation, 30 minutes of instruction from a Certified Swim Instructor and 30 minutes of free swim.

    *Children may be picked up at the Swimming Hole at 5:00 or back at the Annex for 5:30.

  • Dog Sledding:
    Note:     Dog Sledding is an additional activity and you will need to also select the program day (FRIDAY).

    Friday 4:00-5:00 PM
    4 weeks, 3/13, 4/3, 4/10, 4/17

    Activity Fee: $50 for this 4 week session.  
    In this hands-on program we will follow the Iditarod sled dog race. Children will learn about dog sledding, write letters to mushers, meet sled dogs, bake them tasty dog treats, explore the incredible teamwork behind the sport of dog sledding, and learn from experts about Vermont's wild dog population.  

    *This program will run at the Annex.  Children may be picked up at 5:00.

  • Schedule Selection

    Please choose the days of the week you would like your child to attend throughout the full session period. Then select any additional special activities, and school closure programming.

  • If spots are unavailable on any specific day or product, please select the waitlist item and we will follow up with you.  

    **The 5 day, full time schedule option has been discontinued**
    This change is in an effort to more effectively manage inventory of available spots

    The full time discount (reduction of $2 per day) will be applied to any registrations that include Monday-Friday selection.

                        I understand and acknowledge that registration confirmation is contingent on completion of the reoccurring payment form through Tuition Express, as applicable, and subsequent payment in full of invoice balance due. *

                        • 90% refund or credit toward futures MVS After School programming, if emailed prior to the session starting  (session starting is defined as being the first day of the session February 25, 2026) 

                        • 50% refund or 75% credit of the activity being removed if adjustment is emailed within the first two weeks of the session (by March 9, 2026)

                        • 25% refund or 50% credit of the activity being removed if adjustment is emailed within the first three weeks of the session (by March 13, 2026)

                        • No refund or credit if communicated after the third week of the session (March 16, 2026)

                        All schedule adjustments need to be emailed to Ali Gardner at annex@mountainvillageschool.com and Nick Crandall at nick@mountainvillageschool.com within the appropriate deadlines listed above.

                        A credit for removed activity may be applied to future MVS after school registrations.  A refund for removed activity will be processed within 7-10 business days after the session ends.

                        The cancellation of special activities are not refundable, but may be removed on a case by case basis.

                        Tuition is due regardless of absences, illness, or school closures (scheduled or otherwise).  Individual adjustments in schedules will not result in a refund in tuition, beyond what is stated above. For all additions in enrollment, tuition will be billed through Tuition Express at the end of the month.
