    SATURDAY JULY 11 2026 / TELEGRAPH AVE., BETWEEN 45TH AND 51ST, OAKLAND, CA

  • The 20th Annual Temescal Street Fair is set to return on Saturday, July 11th 2026, from 11am-7pm. The festival will take place along Telegraph Avenue, between 45th and 51st Street, and feature live music, entertainment, local vendors, food, shopping, community programming, and more! This is a free, family and pet friendly community event.

    All applications are subject to review. Once your submission has been approved, you will be invoiced, and required to pay within four days of approval.

    Food vending is by invitation only.

    MADE FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER

  • All spaces are 10x10 only.
    Electric power is not provided.

    - If accepted, you will be sent an invoice for payment.
    - Cancellation Fee: 50% through June 14, 2026
    - No refunds after June 14, 2026
    - Space forfeited if not occupied by 10am
    - No sharing of booths
    - No amplified sound
    - No loud generators. (Quiet generators like the Honda EU 3000 are OK)

    All participants who sell products or services in the City of Oakland are required to have a City of Oakland Business Tax Certificate.

    Once your submission has been approved, you will be required to submit your City of Oakland Business Tax Certificate.

    Our company and I hereby Release, Indemnify and Hold Harmless Temescal Street Fair, Temescal Telegraph Business Improvment District, and the City of Oakland, their officers, members and any of the businesses in the Temescal Telegraph Business Improvment District, the City of Oakland and their agents, employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, and advertisers, from any and all liabilities, costs, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and court costs, and worker’s compensation claims arising out of the participation and performance of myself or any person(s) authorized by me or my organization, to transact business, volunteer, or participate in this event on my behalf. I understand that no insurance coverage is bound or in force. I accept full responsibility for any medical incident or injury to myself or any person(s) conducting business on my behalf.
    I have read and accept all the terms stipulated in this contract. The information I have provided in this application is true and correct. I further attest that I have read and understand the Participation Requirements included herein and agree that I and any persons associated with my participation in the Temescal Street Fair event will abide by these guidelines at all times.
