SJA/CHS Acceptance Letters Order Form

Acceptance letters for SJA are supposed to be mailed out on 2/2 with receipt of emails on 2/3. Typically, CHS follows the same timeline. If we need to adjust dates, we can do so & everyone will be notified via email.

Here's a few sample orders just to give you an idea:

Sample #1: 1 turtle balloon, 1 bow balloon, 2 sm red latex, 2 sm white latex
Sample #2: 1 turtle balloon, 2 lg red balloon, 1 set of SJA cookies
Sample #3: 1 life-size stand-up bear, 2 large orange balloons, 1 set of CHS cookies
Sample #4: 1 large orange balloon, 3 confetti balloons & 2 sets of CHS cookies
