I, _________________________, understand and agree that the Bertram Chamber of Commerce, Art Herb & Wine Festival Committee, Bertram Library, and County of Bertram are allowing me to display items at the Bertram Library for the Art, Herb & Wine Festival Artist Showcase. A list of my artwork/items with their value has been provided for inventory purposes only and my items shall be displayed:
Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
I understand that none of the above-mentioned entities shall assume any responsibility for any loss or damage to any item displayed.
I understand that the displayed items are not and will not be covered under any insurance policy owned by any of the above-mentioned entities and that I am solely responsible for insurance coverage for the items being displayed, and the burden is on me to do so at my own cost.
I understand that the items are to be delivered either Wednesday, April 22nd or Friday, April 24th between the hours of 10:00 am - 3:00 pm to the Bertram Visitor Center (located within the Bertram Library). Easles must be provided by artist. All items are to be picked up at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 25th or between 10:00 am - 3:00 pm on Monday, April 27th.
I understand that none of the above-mentioned entities will facilitate sales of artist's work, but artist may display their contact information for interested parties.
