- All artwork must be the sole, original work of the exhibiting artist, created by the artist in both concept and execution, and must demonstrate professional-level craftsmanship.
- All work exhibited and offered for sale must be original, current work and consistent with the images submitted for jury review.
- No mass-produced, factory-made, or commercially manufactured items are permitted.
- Artwork produced using commercial kits, molds, patterns, plans, stencils, prefabricated forms, or manufactured components—including kit or manufactured jewelry—will not be accepted.
Raffle Donation: Artists will be required to donate artwork ($50+ value) to the raffle.
Liability & Insurance: The Sister Bay Advancement Association (SBAA) assumes no responsibility or liability for loss, theft, or damage to artwork, display materials, or personal property. Artists are solely responsible for insuring their work.
Right to Refuse Work: SBAA reserves the right to refuse or remove any artwork that does not meet juried standards, differs substantially from submitted images, or violates event guidelines, at any time before or during the event. Such decisions are final and made to preserve the integrity and quality of the fair.
