Participants and hosting entities acknowledge that interactions with animals, including miniature horses, involve inherent risks, which may include but are not limited to property damage, accidental injury, or animal behaviors such as biting, kicking, or startling. By participating in or hosting these outreach and mindfulness events, all parties agree to assume full responsibility for any such risks. REINS Therapeutic Horsemanship Program, its staff, volunteers, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in these activities. And I further agree to indemnify and hold REINS harmless as to all claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses, arising therefrom.
