Art Pick-up:

Friday, April 24 3:00-6:00 PM (if not participating in Trashion Show)

Saturday, April 25 time TBC (if participating in Trashion Show)

Space is limited, sign up today! It's okay if your work is yet to be completed, this form is intended to collect information and reserve gallery space.

Upon acceptance of this application the artist agrees to to the following conditions:

• Artwork in the gallery is exhibited at the artist’s own risk. If you exhibit your work in the Trashion Show, please expect normal wear and tear on your garments and accessories. However, in the event your work is damaged due to negligence, the artist:gallery commission rate below will apply.
• The artist:gallery commission rate is 70:30. If you volunteer 4+ hours per month with Community Arts Base, the commission rate is 80:20.
• Artists will be paid monthly via check for the prior month’s sales minus gallery commission. If the amount owed to the artist is less than $20, payment will be deferred until the amount reaches $20 or the end of the year, whichever comes first. 
• Drop-off and pick-up times are designated below and adherence is required. *It is especially important work is picked up no later than  Saturday April 25th due to Art's House collaboration with the UW-River Falls EarthFest event that day. Art's House is not liable for loss or damage if art is left past the designated pick-up time.
• Artwork shall remain for the duration specified, or per previously agreed upon dates with the gallery management.
• The gallery management reserves the right to display artwork as it sees fit for each show.
• Artwork for wall display will be ready to hang with secure wire and|or hooks, and unframed edges will be finished to conform professionally with the rest of the artwork.
• All work will be labeled and priced prior to drop-off per instructions sent to the artists via email prior to the show.
• The artist agrees to supply all the following items at or before the specified drop-off time:
  
  • inventory sheet to include title (if applicable), prices, dimensions, and media of each work
  • artist statement
  • marketing information to include social media handles, hashtags, and digital images
  • business cards

If available, please include 1-3 images of your artwork which are representative of the work which will be in the show. These images may be used to help with gallery selection and to help advertise the exhibit.

If your work is yet to be completed and you would like your work considered for show promotion, please email your images to artshouse108@gmail.com no later than Monday, February 23.

Art to Wear & Visible Mending 2026 is an open show accepting all artists.  However, the number of submissions accepted is dependent upon available space.  Submissions will be reviewed by the gallery managers, and artists will be notified via email confirming number of pieces accepted by Monday, February 9.
