    Join us at the Winnipeg Christmas Market, a festive holiday destination filled with twinkling lights, Christmas décor, seasonal displays, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Tens of thousands of visitors gather each year to shop, celebrate, and immerse themselves in the spirit of the season.

    The market features charming holiday installations, visits from Santa, and an abundance of festive bites and treats, creating an experience that encourages guests to linger, explore, and indulge. From specialty retail and giftable goods to delicious consumable offerings, marketplace vendors play an important role in shaping the overall holiday experience.

    Hosted at the centrally located RBC Convention Centre in the heart of downtown Winnipeg, this application is for marketplace vendors and consumable food businesses offering non-handmade products that complement the Christmas Market environment and enhance the guest experience.

    Handmade exhibitors: If you are an artisan, artist, or designer wishing to apply to the handmade section of the market, please use the Artisan Application Form.

  • Electrical and Lighting Requirement
    All exhibitors are required to have electrical service and adequate lighting within their booth.

    Electrical service is not included with booth space and is an additional cost. All electrical services must be ordered directly through the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg.

    A total deposit of $1,000 is required to confirm your spot after acceptance.

    This deposit will be deducted from the 20% commission payable.
