This form is for Community Booth Partners, Event Sponsors, and Silent Auction Donors interested in supporting SmartFest 2026, our biggest community event and scholarship fundraiser of the year!

You are welcome to participate in more than one way — select all that apply below to reveal more info.
What are the participation options?
🎪 Community Booth Partner ($25)
Host a booth with a free kid-friendly game or activity (carnival-style)!
Great for local businesses and organizations to connect with families in a fun, meaningful way.

Marketing opportunity only (no selling)
We provide the space — you bring your setup + fun!
All booths must have an engaging activity.
Includes social media shoutout and event map listing.
- $25 scholarship donation holds your spot

⭐ Tiered Event Sponsor ($100–$500)
Support specific attractions and receive high-visibility recognition!

$500 Platinum Sponsor
Name/logo on event banners, flyers, and shirts
Naming rights for a specific attraction (e.g. "Your Biz Cotton Candy Station")
Social media shoutouts + option to provide a banner or yard sign
$250 Gold Sponsor
Logo included in printed signage at SmartFest
Acknowledgement on event website and social media
$100 Silver Sponsor
Social media shoutout and inclusion on thank-you posters

🎁 Silent Auction Donor
Donate a product, service, or gift basket to our silent auction, held throughout the day.

Recognition on auction tables and digital display
Optional: Include business cards or brochures with your donation
🛍️ All proceeds go directly to Smart Diehl Academy's Scholarship Fund.

✅ In-Kind Community Partnership Opportunities
We also welcome in-kind community partnerships from businesses and individuals who would like to support SmartFest by donating services, expertise, or resources in place of a monetary sponsorship.

Examples of in-kind support may include (but are not limited to):

-Event services such as DJ/entertainment, photography, videography, or sound support
-Food, beverages, or supplies for event stations
-Activity facilitation, demonstrations, or interactive experiences
-Rentals or equipment that enhance the event experience
In-kind partners receive:

On-site recognition at SmartFest
Business name or logo displayed at the supported area (when applicable)
Opportunities to promote and market their business to attending families and community members
Acknowledgement on event website, social media shoutout, and event map listing.
