For ALL minors (under 18):
• Birth certificate (required)
• Parent/guardian photo ID (required)

For minors age 10 and older, please also bring ONE of the following for the minor:
• Passport
• School ID
• Yearbook photo
• Any photo ID the child has

We’re required to verify identity and guardianship before any piercing — thanks for helping us keep everything safe and legal. 😊
