• 2026 Music Tuition Enrolment Form

  • This enrolment form is for students who are new to music tuition in 2026.

    Students who have previously undertaken music tuition in 2025 at MACC, do not need to complete this form and should email music@macc.nsw.edu.au with any enquiries regarding their tuition re-enrolment for 2026.

  • Instrument hire is available on a fixed cost per term should you require it. Please refer to the 2026 pricing table for confirmed costs*
  • I understand that tuition fees, as outlined in the 2026 Extracurricular Music Fee schedule, will be billed each term in advance*
  • I understand that my child is entitled to one make-up class per term for eligible absences. A make-up lesson or credit will be provided when lessons coincide with a school activity or if the tutor is unavailable.*
  • I understand that lessons missed without 24 hours notice (via email to music@macc.nsw.edu.au) will be forfeited*
  • I understand that my child's current lesson days and times are not guaranteed for 2026*
  • I agree to pay termly fees through the Clipboard app by Week 2 of each term.*
  • I understand I am required to have the Clipboard App installed in order to view my child's schedule and receive notifications regarding lesson changes*
  • I understand my child is required to consistently attend lessons, arrive punctually and with all necessary equipment.*
