Location: Waterfront Park (Between the Post Office and Village Hall)

1. Set up time is Friday Septeber 4th from 1pm-5pm or Saturday, September 5th from 6am-9am in the grassy area north of the Post Office. You MUST be set up in YOUR assigned space and ready to sell by 9am.
2. Prior to the event, you will receive an assigned space. Spaces are assigned by festival organizers.
3. Extended parking of vehicles with trailers will not be permitted on the highway in front of the vendor area. Trailers should be parked in the rear fire station parking lot after unloading.
4.Vendors may not park in the marked 15 min. spaces at the Post Office. These are for short-term postal patrons only. You may be ticketed and subject to fines.
5. Vendors are required to weigh down their tent and the use of stakes is not allowed. Please be prepared to use water/sand weights.
6. Clean-up must be completed by 7pm on Sunday, September 6th.
7. All items offered for sale must be handcrafted and/or the work of the exhibitor.
8. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, or any other items needed. Tent weights are required.
9. Vendors are not permited to set up outsid of their alloted space.
10. All participants are responsible for cleaning the general area they occupy, including public spaces outside of their tent.
11. No electricity or overnight security will be provided.
12.Any violation of these terms may result in prohibition of future participation in any Sister Bay Advancement Association events.
