Weekly Lesson Program Policy Acknowledgment
Summit Equestrian Club operates as a private, membership-based equestrian club. Weekly lesson tuition secures a consistent, reserved lesson time, horse, instructor, and staff support. This structure allows us to maintain proper horse care, impeccable facilities, staff scheduling, and a high-quality experience for all members.
By enrolling, I understand and acknowledge the following:
- Weekly lessons are scheduled at a consistent day and time each week to maintain continuity and progress. Members also have the flexibility to use additional lessons from their package at any time. Lessons may be used as frequently as desired and will simply be deducted from the total lesson package balance.
- Horses and staff are cared for daily, regardless of lesson attendance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered missed lessons and are not eligible for a makeup.
- Make-up lessons must be completed within the student’s lesson commitment period (either 9 or 12 months).
